Mentras is a compliance-ready system. We audit every registering organisation to guarantee all workspaces remain isolated and licensed.
Business Email VerificationREQUIRED
Applications must use a work email address associated with your organisation's registered web domain. Public domains (Gmail, Outlook) are auto-flagged.
Registered Address AuditREQUIRED
Your physical operating headquarters will be cross-referenced with your Companies House registry filings.
Regulatory CredentialsRECOMMENDED
Providing your Companies House, ICO registration, and Ofsted/CQC numbers speeds up provisioning. Ofsted/CQC is mandatory depending on provider type.
MFA & Recovery PolicyWe collect your phone number strictly for administrative verification and future account recovery / Multi-Factor Authentication. Mentras does not send SMS OTP verification codes during application.
